In My Mailbox (3)

My mystery parcel

I got this amazing little parcel through my door this week, all the way from the USA. Checkout the picture at the bottom of the post to see what was in it, but for now my stash since my last IMM inculded:

Books
Tormented,Lauren Kate
Infinite Days, Rebecca Maizel
The Strange Adventures of Ranger Girl and Little Gods, Tim Pratt
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Twilight, Brad Meltzer, Georges Jeanty and Joss Whedon
The Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite, Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba

e-books
Alpha, Rachel Vincent
Cast in Chaos, Michele Sagara

For Uni
Myth and Literature: Contemporary Theory and Practice, ed. John Vickery
The Rhetoric of Religion, Kenneth Burke

Buffy and Alpha are probably the most anticipated books that I've had recently. I devoured them both in about 24 hours and they were awesome. I might review them, but I'll probably do it as a whole series review in 'Confessions' (which I will start when term finished in December).

A lovely stash of goodies from T A Pratt including a signed print edition of Broken Mirrors, a handwritten postcard from Marla threatening to poison me with a tincture made from the pretty flowers, a signed copy of Sharks Teeth featuring Marla and Rondeau and a Blood Engines bookmark. I'm such a fan girl, but I actually squealed when I realised what my mystery parcel was.

Im My Mailbox is a weekly bookish meme hosted by The Story Siren.
